In less then a century, Arabia, Palestine, Syria, Armenia, Asia MInor, Persia, part of India, Egypt, Numidia, Tripoli, Tunis, the Barbary States, Morocco, the African coast, as far as the Niger, Spain, Sicily, Candia, Cyprus and Mediterranean Islands, including parts of Italy fell to the Saracenic Islamic Empire.
