The daily sacrifice had ceased in Israel om July 13, 70ad, for lack of priests to offer it.

Jerusalem destroyed

The Jews expected Messiah to appear with sword
Jewish and secular historians believed and testified that the prophecies bore direct express reference to this period encompassing the “Timed Events” of 70ad
The period closed the “Glory” of Judah
The restoration of the “Glory” would not begin again until 1948, a return to God without foreign idols but continued unbelief in the virgin birth and the initial coming Messiah, in fulfillment of the prophecies
1948ad to 70ad = 1878 years without the Glory of the presence of God
May 14, 1948 the nation and land of Israel were restored but peace did not follow; it cannot without belief in Messiah
The Messiah which Isaiah describes as coming twice:
Once to fulfill the prophecies of Jeremiah’s Restoration of Israel and Daniel’s Years and Weeks;
then the second time to fulfill Joel and Zechariah’s prophecies of the Lord comes and reigns.
Then you will know that I, the Lord your God, dwells in Zion, my Holy Hill.
Jerusalem will be Holy: never again will foreigners invade her. Joel 3:17
