POLYGLOTT or Polyglot Bible, a Bible which contains side by side versions of the same text in several lanuages.

Polyglott editions are in Hebrew, Greek, Arabic, and Spanish side by side; also other lanuage combinations. The earliest, known written by Origen and titled Hexapla, composed of Old Testamant scriptures; and is in two languages. Sixteenth and 17th century Polygotts are still available to collectors.
